Community Reach supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and works with them to obtain and maintain housing.

We know timely support to maintain housing prevents homelessness. Community Reach supports individuals and families facing a housing crisis, providing advocacy and intervention, budgeting assistance, housing registry, emergency programs for rent and utility arrears and emergency shelter services.

Community Reach provides volunteer-driven transportation services for low-income people and seniors in need, enabling them to attend medical appointments, satisfy basic needs and access community services that help to reduce isolation and loneliness. We operate wheelchair transit services for all ages.

We promote volunteerism, recognizing that all people have something unique to contribute to building a healthy community. We provide online access to volunteer opportunities, referral and recruitment and education.
