Transportation Linking Communities

Our TLC program, Transportation Linking Communities, offers rides for people in north Simcoe that do not have access to transportation or have limited income. We use our volunteer drivers and their vehicles or one of our accessible vans to take people to their medical appointments, shopping, and social events. Many of our riders are seniors and having access to transportation alleviates isolation, allows them to stay in their own homes, and supports mental and physical health!

TLC

TLC is an inclusive community program providing rides for people without access to transportation.

For residents of North Simcoe, ages 18+
An application & confirmation by a Health Professional is required
Parent & Child — children can travel if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Local transportation for health, shopping and social activities
Out of North Simcoe transportation for specialized health services – please call for fee schedule
Our rides are provided in volunteer cars & accessible vans
Monday to Saturday

If you are travelling for medical appointments out of the area, please fill out and submit the Medical Assessment form along with the Registration Form.

CTL – Community Transportation Link

The CT Link is a network of community-based transportation providers working together to provide more rides to more people to more destinations. Community Reach is pleased to partner with Red Cross, CHATS, Helping Hands and Barrie Area Native Advisory Circle in this initiative. How does this help our riders? With your permission we can provide you with greater options in transportation by having access to a pool of vehicles across the region. http://www.ctlink.ca/
